A Case of Morgagni's Hernia

Abstract

|
Hernia thrugh the foramen of Morgagni is uncommon in adults. A 65-year-old women was admitted to our hospital because of right lower chest discomfort. With examination of C-T and barium meal study, she was revealed as Morgagni's hernia
contraining
with
the omentum and transvers colon.
With a transabdominal approach, we could reduce the hernia and repair the diaphragmatic defect with ease.
